Refund policy
We want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
If you don't absolutely love your products, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email hello@houseandharbor.com with your order number and photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
Returns
We are proud of the quality of our hand-poured candles and wax melts, and we hope you love them too! If you order an item and don't absolutely love it, you can return the unused product in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, wax melters, or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@houseandharbor.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. When your returned goods arrive at our studio, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge.
If you paid with a credit card your refund will post to your bank account within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We hope you love every candle fragrance you purchase from House & Harbor™. However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you.
If you would like to exchange an unused candle for a different fragrance, please email us at hello@houseandharbor.com to request an exchange. Let us know what fragrance you'd like. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once received, we'll ship your chosen fragrance back for free.
Exchanges must be sent back to House & Harbor.™ within 30 days of receiving your order, and the candle must be in new condition.
